About this program

Tai Chi uses slow, controlled movement and coordinated breathing to encourage balance, body awareness, focus, and relaxation. Cedarfield's program is designed as a welcoming community class rather than a competitive martial-arts environment.

Participants work through a sequence of movements with guidance from an instructor. New participants can begin with simpler forms and gradually learn the rhythm and transitions over time.

Current class details are maintained in the At a glance panel. Comfortable clothing and flat, supportive footwear are recommended, and chairs can be available for rest or modified participation.

Contact the church office for current dates, instructor details, fees if applicable, and accessibility information. Participants with medical concerns should follow guidance from their health-care provider.
