The fellowship hall is a more flexible community room that can be configured with tables and chairs for meals, meetings, exercise classes, receptions, and workshops. Kitchen access can be arranged when food preparation is part of an approved booking.
Smaller meeting rooms are appropriate for committees, support groups, classes, interviews, and workshops. Room setup, technology, key access, opening and closing procedures, and cleanup expectations should be confirmed before the event.
Cedarfield aims to support accessible use of the building. Renters should identify mobility, seating, washroom, hearing, sensory, or other access needs during the inquiry process so the office can confirm what can be provided.
Rental rates depend on the room, length of booking, setup requirements, kitchen or audiovisual use, and type of event. Contact the church office with your preferred date, expected attendance, room needs, and event description. A booking is not confirmed until the required agreement, insurance documentation where applicable, deposit, and approval have been completed.
