About this program

Cedarfield's exercise programs are intended to make regular movement approachable in a friendly community setting. Classes can include seated and standing options, gentle strength work, mobility, balance, stretching, and low-impact aerobic activity.

The emphasis is participation rather than competition. Instructors provide options for different ability levels, and participants are encouraged to work within their own comfort and follow advice from their health-care providers.

Comfortable clothing, supportive footwear, and a water bottle are recommended. Current class days, times, fees, and seasonal breaks are maintained in the At a glance panel.

This is a general community fitness program rather than medical rehabilitation. Contact the church office for current instructor information, fees if applicable, accessibility details, and the latest schedule.
